AREAS OF PRACTICEAndrew Bishop was admitted as a Solicitor in 1990 and has been a Solicitor Advocate since 1999, involved in numerous trials in a range of criminal matters including, in particular, complex fraud cases. He has been a Supervisor for the Serious Fraud Panel since the panel’s instigation and has extensive experience both as Litigator and as an advocate in Serious Fraud cases. In addition, Andrew has experience defending in all types of serious crime, including murder and terrorism cases. He is a member of the Law Society Mental Health Review Tribunal panel and lectures on issues regarding mentally disordered offenders.
