AREAS OF PRACTICEDavid Osborne was admitted as a solicitor in 1993. David’s practice deals with serious and complex fraud, murder, kidnapping, drugs offences, and terrorism related work. David is a member of the European Criminal Bar and is retained by the Legal Services Commission as a peer reviewer. During 2007/8 he has been instructed as sole advocate or junior advocate in over thirty cases ranging from child neglect, robbery, firearms and serious fraud cases. In 2009 he will represent in a very substantial complex fraud as well as cases of money laundering and serious sexual offences.
